The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address, browser information and the time of your request. We use this only to run the site securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. This serves a consistent, readable presentation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to us, for example to book a parent call or a diagnostic, we use your email address and the information you send to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence only as long as we need it for that purpose or as the law requires.
This website does not collect any data about children. When a child joins one of our programmes, families receive a separate privacy notice before any data is collected. Our commitments stay the same there: parent reports are built from structured learning data, never from chat logs, and children’s audio is never shared with parents or third parties.
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, and for correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of it, and you can object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at).
